John Wuchte has been an actor/director/producer for more than 25 years.  Moving to NYC at 18, he attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.  While being a bike messenger, answering service operator and apartment cleaner, he began pursuing his career.  In 1990 he met up with RAKKA-THAMM!!! Theater Co. and spent he next 10 years helping run this successful Off-Off Broadway company.  Most notably, writing/directing original adaptations of Greek tragedies which performed each summer outside in Washington Square Park.

In 2000, he moved to Los Angeles in pursuit of film/TV work but within months was helping run the multiple award-winning Sacred Fools Theater Company. He has been a member for more almost 20 years.

His new venture is Tribal Acting. A percussive-based movement style of acting developed in NYC. Check out www.TribalActing.com for more information.

He can be seen in the upcoming horror film Aprubtio starring Jordan Peele, on national commercials and various new media projects, including the current award winning Bennington Gothique.
